Tequila Flows At The Last Two Shows

After what has been an unbelievable tour, it was time to play the last show….or two!

Tonight was a double header, first we played at 'Kinoto' in Shibuya. The venue was just as we had come to expect from Japan, sweaty!

The huge sound system in 'Kinoto' was first put to the test by DJ ANTY as he spun tunes and toasted to the crowd. Anty's DJ style reminds me of a really really white Shaggy, and he did a great job of getting the party started.

This show was a benefit for victims of the Japanese Tsunami tragedy, and the furious and frenetic punk line-up did not disappoint. We played with some of the best bands all tour tonight, including 'Valve Drive' who absolutely killed it.

Our first show of the night went off without a hitch, and we were joined onstage by special guest bass player Yoshi from The Stackers for a kick-ass version of Rancid's 'Time Bomb'.

After the gig at Kinoto wound up, we headed off to Yokohama for our final gig of the tour….an underground DJ party 3am set!!!!
Far out….this gig was mental.

Complete with rooftop bar, Yusuke and the LEF Crew made a mess of this compact venue with heavy bass beats and pumping mash ups.

After a slew of Moscow Mule's, the clock struck 3am and it was time to take the stage one last time in Japan.

The next 45mins is a blur, but it included crowd surfing, butt slapping, solos, fake blowjobs, booze everywhere, and of course the Japanese party animal/enigma 'Japanese Steve'.

We partied until sunrise on the rooftop, and we drank for free thanks to a peculiar man with a toothless grin known only as the Tequila Goat.

The tour was over and we had survived.

Thanks to everyone who came and played and partied with us, and especially thanks to Tim from Bridge Sounds who made the tour possible.

Now….when the eff can we come back!?!?!!
